The V Bar is a full service intimate skincare studio operated by Licensed Esthetician and skin care specialist Davida Veal. At The V Bar we provide a variety of customized skin treatments that help aide in correcting any concerns you may have. Our mission is to make our clients look and feel confident in their own skin Not only do we provide you with luxury services, but we also provide you with a luxurious atmosphere and top tier customer service as well. The V Bar aims to elevate your self care experience from the moment you step foot into our establishment, and we can’t wait to meet you! Policies: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Once your appointment has been made and the deposit has been paid, you will not be able to receive a refund. Guests may transfer deposit once to reschedule an appointment however no refunds will be given. *We are a small business, so in the unfortunate event that we have to cancel any appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be sure to refund your deposit immediately. * No call/show are deemed unacceptable and The V Bar has a strict no call/show policy. You are responsible for checking your email for appointment reminders and we provide you with multiple ways to communicate in regards to any and all appointments made. *As a first time client, if you book an appointment and no call/show you will forfeit your deposit, be charged a “no show fee” and be BANNED from future bookings immediately following that reserved appointment time. *As an existing client you have one time to no call/show your appointment. Upon occurrence you will be charged the occurrence fee, if the fee is not paid; you will be blocked from booking until the fee has been paid. If you “no show” again you will be BANNED for 6 consecutive months. After ban, if a no show is recorded on your account again. You will be BANNED from all bookings. Communication is 🔑 * GRACE PERIOD: Everyones time is valuable. If too many clients are late, it pushes every other client back for the entire day and no one’s appointment will be on time. We have a 5 min grace period, after 5 min a $15 late fee will be assessed. After 8 min your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. *Cancellations: To avoid the cancellation fee you must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We send our reminder txt and emails 48-72 hrs prior to your appointment. If it's less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the services booked.

Cancellation Policy
The V Bar will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows, late, or cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. To avoid the cancellation fee you must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We send our reminder txt and emails 48-72 hrs prior to your appointment. If it's less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the services booked.
